Ad-free Accounts

Albums uploaded by members with active ad-free accounts shall not contain any third party advertising.

Ad-free accounts must abide by all the rules defined in the sections Inactive Content and Prohibited Content/Activity and are not exempt from having their content removed or membership terminated, with out refund.

Lifetime ad-free accounts, provide an ad-free membership valid for as long ClasPics continues to provide photo-sharing services. All membership fees are nonrefundable.

Inactive Content

Content that is deemed inactive, at the sole discretion of ClasPics, maybe removed with out prior notice. ClasPics is not responsible for any possible damages that may arise from the removal of content.

Prohibited Content/Activity

ClasPics services must be used in a manner consistent with any an all applicable laws and regulations. ClasPics reserves the right, at ClasPics sole discretion, to remove the offending content from ClasPics and terminating the membership of the violators. Prohibited content/activity includes, but is not limited to, content/activity that, in the sole discretion of ClasPics:

• Content that promotes illegal activity;
• Offensive, displaying racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
• Harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
• Exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;
• Contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;
• Transmission of content attempting to spam or scam any person;
• Publicly posts information that creates a privacy or security risk to any person;
• Constitutes or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work;
• Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on ClasPics services;
• Removing links to ClasPics from photos uploaded using ClasPics services;
• Activity that involves the use of viruses, bots, worms, or any computer code that attempts to cause harm to functionality of any computer software or hardware;
• Automated use of ClasPics services such as using scripts to upload and distribute images;

Limitation on Liability

In no event shall ClasPics be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from your use of ClasPics services. Even if ClasPics has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
